I use Swedish massage techniques quite a bit in every treatment, as I value the relaxation that this approach gives the client. Your body will heal much more quickly if your stress levels are reduced and so I like to utilize this aspect of massage therapy while also addressing your specific reasons for treatment.

Myofascial release is what we call a "subtle modality" that affects the connective tissue around your muscles. It is an alternative approach for people that are sensitive to pressure or have osteoporosis, although this technique can also be applied in all other types of treatments, including deep tissue massage.
